Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to assist you.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Customer@Al-Loubani.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 52 189 1522. Kindly include your order number and any relevant details. Our customer care team will respond promptly to assist you with the next steps.

 

Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled on the same day they are placed, before 10:00 PM.
• Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to review and decline any order at our discretion.

Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging intact and stored appropriately. A valid receipt must be included with the return.
• Due to strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards, fresh, chilled, or frozen products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund

• Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and passed our quality inspection.
• This process typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
